 * Students can use either primary or secondary data. 
- For primary data: 
they can collect a few amount of data for two variables. For example, they will first decide variables (e.g., authentic leadership and employee satisfaction); second, prepare a survey questionnaire including both variables’ items; third, deliver the prepared questionnaires to 20-30 employees; and analyze the correlation between two variables by using the collected data from employees. 
- For secondary data: 
Students can get a dataset including 20-30 data for two variables. For instance, these variables could be homes’ square meters and prices. They can analyze the correlation between square meters and prices of 20-30 homes selected.
